Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by jomjudi through the website https://jomjudi.co, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the jomjudi platform.
Jomjudi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of jomjudi services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. jomjudi will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the jomjudi platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time for verification purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the jomjudi platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or system hacking.
- Sharing account details or allowing another party to use your account.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to exploit platform systems.
- Using a jomjudi account to conduct money laundering activities.
Jomjudi reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts found to be in breach of these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the jomjudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Winnings withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the required verification process. jomjudi reserves the right to hold or delay suspicious transactions for investigation purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank details or e-wallet information are accurate and kept up to date. jomjudi is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. All approved transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances agreed to by jomjudi.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Jomjudi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, technical disruptions, or service interruptions beyond our control.
The jomjudi platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. jomjudi does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, free from errors, or suited to any specific user requirements.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jomjudi reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any user account where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or at jomjudi's sole discretion. In the event of an account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to deductions for any losses caused by the user.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the jomjudi platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of jomjudi and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from jomjudi.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. jomjudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Use of the jomjudi platform signifies your consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
